Remus Ilies is Professor of Management and Organization at The National University of Singapore. His research focuses on employee well-being and work–family conflict, among other issues, and on understanding the role of emotional processes in explaining outcomes relevant to these, and other research topics.
Irene E. De Pater is Assistant Professor at the University of Amsterdam, Department of Work and Organizational Psychology. Her research mainly focuses on job challenge, the aging worker, and career development.
Sandy Lim is Assistant Professor of Management and Organization at the National University of Singapore Business School. She received her PhD and MS degrees in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan. Her work focuses on interpersonal processes, and she has conducted research on workplace incivility, work–family issues, leadership, as well as gender and cultural issues. Her research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.
Carmen Binnewies is full Professor of Work Psychology at the University of Muenster, Germany. In her research she is interested in recovery from work-related stress and work–life balance as well as in creative and proactive behavior at work.
