14th December, 2008. Sunday evening the main road of the sub-city was echoed Bharat Mata Ki Jai, Vande Matram, with patriotic emotions because around two hundred residents alongwith their children from every walk of life gathered and joined the peace march against terrorism.

On the demand of Dwarka Forum prominent social activists of sub city such as Mr.Rejimon C.K., Advocate Ashok Chetanaya, Mr. M.K.Gupta, Mr.Sunil Sareen, Mr.Anil Nayal, Mr.Mahesh Tak, Mr.V.S.Bisht, Mr.Sushil Kumar, Mr.Ashwani, Mr.Arvind Aggrawal, Mr.Pravesh Mahajan, Dr.D.C.Upadhaya, Mr.Rajiv Solanki, Ms.Sapna Sinha, Advocate Vishal Sinha, Mr.Sanjay Mishra, Mr.S.S.Dogra were also joined the said march. All of them carried the Candles sticks, POSTERS/Banners and even National Flag. This march started from Sector 6 Market and proceeded to Sector 5 Market and came back.

Notice for Class XII 2016-17

  • Migration , Character and Rural sensitization trip's certificates are available at the Senior School office from 9 am to 12 noon on the working days.
  • Mark sheet and pass certificate will be available only after we receive from Cbse ( exact dates are not known)
  • For School leaving certificate or Transfer certificate, please send a mail to accounts@sanskritischool.com along with your contact numbers.
  • For revaluation of papers, the form will be available on the CBSE website. Please check their website for the details.
  • Please get your Admit card along to School, when you come to collect the CBSE certificates
  • Intra MUN Training session

    There will be a training session for intra SMUN by the Secretariat on Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 8 am to 10 am. All delegates, journalists and cartoonists from classes 7 to 11 are requested to attend the training session. Parents are requested to drop their children to school by 8 am and pick them up at 10.15 am. For security reasons, parents are requested to carry the identity cards.

    DENGUE PRECAUTION

    Due to the increase in the number of cases of Dengue in the Capital, the school would like the parents to take necessary precautions. It is advisable for the children to wear full-sleeved shirts and trousers. They should also carry Odomos, citronella oil or patches to keep away mosquitoes. We hope for your cooperation to deal effectively with this problem.

    Carnival Information

    • The buses will ply only in the morning on all routes at usual time.
    • Reporting time for all students is 7:45 am.
    • The students must wear school shirt and school pullover/jacket. Any students wearing other clothes on top will be sent back home.

    Summer Sports Camp

    Class VI A,B &C Parents interaction will be held in the AV room in the Junior wing of the school from 8am to 9am on Monday 1st August. Class VI D,E &F Parents interaction will be held in the AV room in the Junior wing of the school from 8am to 9am on Tuesday 2nd August. Principal interaction with Grade VII parents will be held on Wednesday the 3rd of August in the AV Room from 8am to 9am. Principal interaction with Grade VIII parents will be held on Thursday the 4th of August in the AV Room from 9am to 10am.

      The objective of CBSE merit scholarship scheme is to provide scholarships to the meritorious Single Girl Students, who are the only child of their parents; and have passed the CBSE Class X Examination with 60% / 6.2 CGPA or more marks/ grades and are continuing their further school education of Class XI and XII.       Mangahigh Diwali Math Challange

      All students of classes VI- IX have been registered for the Mangahigh Diwali Math Challenge (http://competition.mangahigh.com/diwali)
      This is an online math competition in which students earn medal points by completing curriculum aligned games and adaptive math activities. Each student will be given his/her login id and password by the respective math teacher.
      The competition runs from October 9, 2017- October 17, 2017

      New Bus Routes and School Timings

      1) New school bus routes will be functional most likely from 11th April. This date will be confirmed by Monday/Tuesday evening as route surveys have to be first completed and school needs to figure how many days this will take as there are close to 40 routes now.
      2)School timings from 4th April will be for classes 1 to 12 will be from 7:30 to 1:45. Bus kids (existing bus kids) will leave at 1:30 so that buses can leave by 1:40.
      3)Prep timings will be 7:30 to 1:00. However once the new bus routes begin in April, even this will become 7:30-1:45 for supervision kids.
      4)The no car zone rule will not apply for now till the new buses start in April.
      5)Detailed circular will be put up by school now by Monday/Tuesday after the exact date of commencement of new bus routes is decided.

      Fee for 3rd Quarter (Oct to Dec 2017 )

      Fee for 3rd Quarter (Oct-Dec 2017 ) is due, the last date of Payment is 15th Oct 2017.

    Attention Grade XII students

    • The students can collect their Term II exam answer sheets on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 9 am. Please note that no change of marks will be done after 11 am on Monday.
    • They can leave school at 11 am.
    • The PTM for grade XII is scheduled for December 23, 2015, 2:30 to 4:30 pm. The parents are requested to come and meet the teachers.

    National award for ICT in education

    To promote computer enabled learning and usage of ICT in teaching in schools the, "National award for teachers for use of ICT in education" are given each year to motivate teachers to use ICT in teaching and learning.
    We at Sanskriti are proud to announce that one of the National award winners this year is Ms Sangeeta Gulati, HOD, Mathematics. An excellent Mathematics teacher Mrs Gulati has spent a lot of time in integrating IT with teaching and learning and continues to inspire and train her colleagues to do the same.

    Interactive learning programme for the parents

    Inter House Badminton and Table Tennis Matches

    Senior School Girls and Boys - 7.30 - 10.30 am
    Middle School Girls and Boys - 10.30 - 1.30 am
    Students to report in House uniform. Middle school soccer trials for boys will be held on 27th of July, 2017. Interested students to report to the ground at 6.00 am sharp.

    Transport Meeting

    Dear Parents, as you are aware, the school has launched several new routes to encourage bus use. These new routes cover as many Delhi and NCR areas as possible. To answer all transport and bus route related queries and bring more clarity to the school policies and guideline on no-car zone, dispersal etc,
    Mrs Abha Sahgal invites all parents and stakeholders to a town hall meeting on Friday July 8, at 8am at the school auditorium.
    The school transport department will also be there to take parent feedback.
